Team Assistant | US Law Firm
We're delighted to be partnering with a prestigious US law firm, who are seeking a Team Assistant to join their London office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual looking to establish or further develop their career within a leading international law firm. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the fee earners, PAs and wider team receive first-class administrative assistance that will aid in making their day’s seamless!
What does this role offer:

- Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the office
- Assisting with the preparation of documents and presentations
- Coordinating meetings, conference calls and internal events
- Supporting travel bookings and itinerary management
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting with finance-related administration, including expenses and invoicing support
- Managing shared inboxes, calendars and team resources
- Liaising with fee earners and various departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience within an administrative or office support role within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Confident communication skills and a professional manner
- Someone eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career within a law firm
