We are looking for a team assistant to help us organise work – from sending emails to booking meetings and proofreading documents.
Requirements
- Based in London
- Experience in managing calendars and emails
- Excellent written English
- Exceptional time management skills
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Admin and project reporting
- Emailing collaborators, replying to any requests, following up on conversations
- Booking meetings and arranging calls
- Being present on calls and making notes
- Proofreading documents
- Updating spreadsheets and internal systems

Future London Academy is an Executive School for Creatives, connecting creative communities from around the world and providing them with knowledge and inspiration to make the world a better place.
