Position: Team Assistant
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
Hybrid set up: Hybrid working available, typically 1-2 days from home (dependent on business needs)

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
- Providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders in the team, ranging in seniority
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating complex calendars
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
- Processing expenses and supporting with general team administration
- Assisting with documentation and record management
- Supporting projects and helping ensure the smooth running of the wider team
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant or PA/Coordinator role
- Strong diary management, travel coordination and organisational skills
- A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ideally previous experience within a financial services, professional services or corporate environment is preferable
- Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn
