Robert Half is partnering with a leading global investment firm to recruit a Team Assistant to join its London office. Supporting senior investment professionals and a wider team of around 50 people, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career within a highly successful and collaborative business.

You'll become a key member of the support function, helping to keep the investment team running smoothly while working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining exposure to a dynamic, professional environment.

πŸš€ The Role

You'll provide day-to-day administrative support to the Investment Team, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently and stakeholders receive a first-class service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the CIO, Managing Directors and wider Investment Team with day-to-day administration.
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and stakeholder communications.
  • Assisting with complex travel and accommodation arrangements when required.
  • Managing documents, filing, scanning, printing, binding and electronic signatures via DocuSign.
  • Supporting conferences, events, team activities and external meetings.
  • Providing holiday, lunch and ad hoc team cover across the wider business.
  • Taking ownership of delegated tasks and proactively identifying ways to support senior stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and happy to roll their sleeves up to help wherever needed.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar support role.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A professional communication style and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • A calm, personable and approachable nature.
  • The flexibility to support a busy team where priorities can change quickly.
