About the Client:

A prestigious and well-established asset management firm with an office of around 250 employees in the heart of London. The business has a fantastic reputation and offers excellent work-life balance, opportunity for growth and development, and excellent benefits!

About the Role:

This is a busy and involved position supporting a team of around 10, up to Director level. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Diary and calendar management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Logistics for meetings and events
  • 'Social secretary' for the team – arranging team events and acting as the lynchpin for the whole team
  • Ad-hoc support for the Distribution (Sales) team members:
    • Salesforce administration and support
    • Coordination of RFPs and liaison with clients on any information requests
    • Market research
    • Coordination of events.

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience in a Team Assistant / Administrative support role
  • Previous experience within a Sales team (including use of Salesforce) would be highly advantageous, but is not an essential requirement
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong team player and muck-in attitude
  • Enjoyment of bringing teams together, including upwards management where necessary!
