Junior Team Assistant
📍 London
💰 £28,000 - £30,000
Currently recruiting for a Junior Team Assistant on behalf of a highly regarded professional services organisation based in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, organised and ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in administration and business support. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with senior colleagues and gaining valuable exposure across the business.
The Role
As a Junior Team Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting a range of administrative and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading presentations, reports and business documents
- Organising meetings, preparing materials and tracking follow-up actions
- Monitoring inboxes and ensuring correspondence is handled efficiently
- Coordinating travel arrangements, lunches and team events
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
- Managing filing systems and business documentation
- Building positive relationships with colleagues, clients and external contacts
- Providing general administrative support to senior team members
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and business support tasks as required

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous administration, office support, customer service or coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A professional and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
