Team Assistant / Office Coordinator
Private Equity | 11-Month FTC | £35,000–£40,000 + 10% Completion Bonus | West End, London
Are you a proactive Team Assistant or Office Coordinator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy, professional business? We are recruiting for a fantastic Private Equity firm in London’s West End seeking an organised, polished and solutions-focused individual to join their team on an 11-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied position offering much more than traditional team support. You’ll combine diary and international travel coordination with office management and client-facing responsibilities, becoming a trusted and valued member of the wider team. It’s ideal for someone who naturally spots what needs doing, takes ownership and enjoys finding practical solutions.
The role will be predominantly office-based, with some ad-hoc working from home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex global and multi-stop travel arrangements, ensuring itineraries run smoothly
- Manage diaries, meetings and scheduling across the business
- Coordinate firm-wide meetings and assist with meeting logistics
- Meet and greet investors, clients and other visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Manage office supplies, orders and general office requirements
- Provide a high level of administrative and organisational support to senior team members
- Proactively identify issues and take ownership of finding effective solutions

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Office Coordinator, PA or similar business support professional
- Experience gained within a professional services or comparable corporate environment
- Strong diary management and scheduling skills
- Experience arranging international and multi-stop travel
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident, professional communication skills and a strong client-service approach
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, investors, clients and colleagues
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to use initiative
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently excellent support
Private Equity experience would be beneficial, but is not essential. We are particularly interested in transferable skills, relevant experience and your ability to succeed in a fast-paced professional environment.
