Team Assistant / PA
Hybrid Model - 3 days office / 2 days wfh
Hours 9-5

Are you an organised, proactive Team Assistant/PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a confident and resourceful Team Assistant or PA to support a Managing Director and 2 other Senior Directors, ensuring they can focus on what matters most.
This is a varied, high-impact role where no two days are the same. From managing complex diaries and coordinating high-profile meetings to organising industry events and supporting key projects, you'll be at the heart of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Managing busy diaries, inboxes, travel and meeting logistics.
- Planning ahead, anticipating challenges and keeping priorities on track.
- Preparing meeting papers, taking minutes and following up on actions.
- Coordinating industry events, team meetings and business activities.
- Supporting strategic projects and liaising with senior stakeholders.
- Managing expenses and maintaining accurate CRM records.

What you'll bring
- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and the confidence to manage competing priorities.
- A background in Investor Relations / Financial Services would be ideal.
