The Opportunity
Supporting a small group of investment professionals, you'll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly while gaining exposure to a dynamic and professional environment. No two days are the same. From diary management and travel coordination to events, projects and office operations, you'll become a trusted member of the team with the chance to take on increasing responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and meeting coordination
- Travel booking and itinerary management
- Expense processing and administrative support
- Assisting with events and team activities
- Maintaining internal systems and databases
- Supporting office operations and reception activities when required
- Helping deliver projects and wider business initiatives
- Building strong relationships across the business
About You

Previous experience within administration, team support, office coordination, reception or customer-facing environments would be advantageous, but a positive mindset and willingness to learn are equally important.
