Job Title: UK Executive Team Assistant supporting the UK CFO and UK COO

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum

Location: London, with occasional travel to regional offices

The Opportunity

C&C Search is currently recruiting a highly organised and proactive UK Executive Team Assistant to support the UK CFO and UK COO within an established financial services organisation. Based in London, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant, Senior Team Assistant or Executive Team Assistant who enjoys working with senior leadership. The successful UK Executive Team Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support, coordinating complex diaries, meetings, travel and communication across the Executive Office.

The role offers hybrid working, regular interaction with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a visible contribution within a fast-paced corporate environment. Occasional travel to regional offices will be required.

Key responsibilities for this UK Executive Team Assistant position:

  • Manage complex diaries for the UK CFO and UK COO, coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders, priorities and time zones
  • Provide flexible administrative support across the Executive Leadership Team
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including agendas, papers, presentations, logistics and follow-up actions
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, detailed itineraries and executive expenses
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes and executive correspondence
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO to coordinate Executive Office priorities
  • Provide diary support to the UK CEO during the Executive Assistant’s absence
  • Support leadership meetings, offsites, company events and board-related activities
  • Track actions, deadlines and key deliverables, proactively following up with stakeholders
  • Act as a professional liaison between executives, employees, clients and external contacts
  • Maintain confidential documentation, records and filing systems
  • Support London office management, facilities and general office logistics when required
  • Anticipate executive requirements and resolve scheduling or operational challenges

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Team Assistant or Executive Team Assistant supporting senior leaders
  • Excellent complex diary management and meeting coordination skills
  • Experience arranging travel, itineraries and expenses
  • Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working independently and collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and calendar management skills
  • Experience supporting leadership meetings, offsites or board activities is advantageous
  • Financial services or fast-paced corporate experience would be beneficial
