Float Team Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Float Team Assistant to join a growing and innovative business, providing support to senior leadership while also coordinating wider administrative and operational activities across the team.

Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of executive and team operations. You will be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.

Float Assistant Responsibilities

  • Providing extensive diary and calendar management for senior leaders.
  • Managing complex travel arrangements and itineraries, both domestic and international.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation, and meeting packs.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Managing inboxes, prioritising correspondence, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Supporting team events, workshops, conferences, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with presentations, reporting, and business documentation.
  • Supporting onboarding activities and wider office administration.
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation and acting as a trusted support partner to the leadership team.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Float Team Assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and supporting wider business teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable operating in a growing and evolving business environment.
