Location & working arrangement
Nuneaton, United Kingdom
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with a minimum of two days per week in the office and travel to London on occasion.
From time to time, business priorities may mean some flexibility around usual working hours or travel is needed. We will aim to give reasonable notice wherever possible and support a sustainable, balanced way of working.
Intro
We are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to support several senior leaders across our CFO Leadership Team.
This is a varied role in a busy and changing environment where strong organization, good judgement, and a practical approach really matter. You will help create capacity for the leaders you support, keeping diaries, meetings, travel, and day-to-day activity running smoothly while spotting issues and solving them before they become bigger problems.
You will also work closely with the Executive Assistant to our CFO as part of a collaborative CFO Office support team.
The Role
- Manage diaries for several senior leaders, resolving clashes and keeping priorities on track
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including rooms, Teams calls, visitors, and supporting materials
- Arrange UK and international travel and respond quickly when plans change
- Prepare documents, agendas, presentations, and meeting materials to a high standard
- Support inboxes and correspondence where required
- Capture actions and make sure practical follow-ups are completed
- Process expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and other administration accurately and on time
- Support leadership events, meetings, and wider CFO team activity
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant, sharing information, flagging issues early, and providing cover when needed
- Use your initiative to resolve day-to-day problems and find the right answer rather than simply passing an issue on

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
