Profile Summary
Augusta & Co, part of the Mizuho Group, is a leading specialist financial advisory firm focused on the renewable energy and energy transition sectors. We advise developers, utilities, infrastructure funds and investors on M&A, capital raising and strategic transactions across Europe. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to provide executive and operational support across the business, helping our team deliver exceptional service to clients while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will work closely with senior partners and colleagues across all levels, playing a central role in coordinating activities, supporting recruitment and events, and maintaining efficient business operations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to 4+ senior partners, along with 35 members of staff across all levels. Managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, meetings, and shifting day-to-day priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, acting as a key liaison between partners, clients, and wider stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Support the firm’s recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with recruitment programme logistics and onboarding processes.
- Organise and deliver client events, team events, and closing dinners from planning through to execution in London and Europe.
- Assist with marketing and business development processes, including maintaining trackers, preparing materials, and coordinating outreach.
- Oversee facilities management and office operations, liaising with building management, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Managing company wide expenses, operational administration, and day-to-day team support to maintain efficient internal processes.
- Act as a central coordination point across the team

Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar administrative support role.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders within a professional services, financial services, consulting or corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong diary management, travel coordination and event planning experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, onboarding and candidate communications.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and anticipate business needs.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to support a broad range of operational and administrative activities.
