Team Assistant/Office Administrator

NG Bailey have exciting opportunities for Team Assistants to join us on the Sellafield site near Seascale (CA20 1PG) and support the team based there.
This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week and will be based onsite at Sellafield, the working hours for this role will be 07:00 – 15:30 Monday to Thursday with an earlier finish on a Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with Health and Safety processes to ensure that the safety first and foremost message is visible and alive throughout all activities undertaken.
- Deliver a competent and professional administration service in order to support all team members in a time efficient and cost-effective way. Provide a speedy, accurate and grammatically correct typing service to all team members.
- Be a point of contact for all stakeholders and deal effectively with enquiries, escalating as required to maintain excellent customer service.
- Produce regular updates and schedules for the management teams, to demonstrate progress as required.
- Assist management in the deployment of document control, helping with the receipting, checking, printing, copying and distribution of project related documents. Where required maintain drawing/TQ registers and manage the production and issue of transmittal notes.
- Where appropriate, as part of the administrative team, support Reception with cover and help to promote an efficient and professional customer service image to all visitors.
- Monitor and maintain stationery requirements for the office/project, where appropriate and ensure that these are ordered in a timely manner in line with the budget.
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality in all aspects of employment.

Requirements:
- Previous administration experience and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Comfortable in a customer/client facing role
- Able to achieve BPSS Security Vetting
