About the role
Join SRG's City Quarter Brokers team at an exciting stage of growth. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on team support with structured exposure to the insurance broking market from day one.
You'll play a key role in supporting the broking team with a range of administrative and operational activities, while developing your technical knowledge of insurance, clients, and the London Market. Around 40% of the role will involve providing Personal Assistant support to the team, including diary management, mailbox organisation, travel arrangements, and supporting the Managing Director where required. You'll also gain valuable industry experience and play an important part in delivering exceptional client service, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in insurance broking.

What you’ll be doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the broking team
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and client documentation
- Supporting meeting coordination, preparing materials, and taking notes where required
- Processing expenses and assisting with general team administration
- Assisting brokers with policy documentation, market submissions, and client administration
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Providing ad hoc support across the team as business needs require
- Developing your understanding of insurance products, markets, and broking processes
- Learning directly from experienced brokers and gradually taking on increased broking responsibilities
Who we’re looking for
We're looking for an organised, ambitious, and proactive individual who is keen to learn and develop a career within insurance broking.
You’ll need:
- An interest in building a career within the insurance industry
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn
- A positive and professional attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges
