Salary: Up to £TBC per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Tidworth

Your Role
- Coordinate projects with relevant managers, supporting high-quality customer service, continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work with financial data including purchase orders, invoices, receipting, budgets and expenditure, producing timely progress reports across IT platforms.
- Maintain and monitor project data, plans, schedules and records, ensuring accurate system updates and data entry.
- Manage team goals, project schedules and information flow, following up with stakeholders to obtain timely and accurate input.
- Document key actions and decisions from meetings and provide administrative support to the wider project team.
- Coordinate team members, manage project documentation and governance requirements, and keep workflows on track.
- Prepare and review project proposals, meeting minutes, correspondence and project-related paperwork.
- Prioritise multiple tasks effectively to ensure key deliverables and team objectives are achieved.

What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Educated to GCSE Level 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths. A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience maintaining accurate systems information, particularly financial data, and delivering project work through to completion as part of a wider team. Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, strong IT proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, attention to detail, the ability to influence others, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. You will be a proactive self-starter, team player and confident problem solver who can work on your own initiative.
