Team Coordinator (Engineering & Architecture) £35,000-£45,000 Central London, Full-Time, Hybrid
An established and vibrant engineering practice is looking for an adaptable and personable Team Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a varied and dynamic position which combines team coordination, administrative support, and responsibility for document control across a range of high-profile projects.

Role Responsibilities
- Supporting Directors and project teams with diary management, meetings, presentations, and general administration
- Leading document control processes through online portals and EDMS platforms
- Ensuring project information is accurate, compliant, and up to date
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and consultants

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience across administrative support and information management within engineering, architecture, or the built environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
- Experience with EDMS platforms is highly beneficial
