Your new role:
Reporting to our Senior Team Coordinator here in London, you will be joining a team of 7 Coordinators all supporting a number of senior stakeholders in growing departments. The teams you support vary in size and seniority, requiring a flexible approach and different levels of support.
Working with this amazing team, you will take on responsibilities and duties assisting across the investment landscape, including:
- Provide general administrative support to 1-3 Senior Managers/Director levels and some of their teams (including diary/email management and expense/invoice processing).
- Responsible for making meeting arrangements, assisting with projects/tasks, and liaising with other teams within the fund.
- Arranging all travel criteria for team members globally & regularly (Investment visits, conferences and events, and visits to other offices).
- Support logistics of the team, such as invitations, agendas, minutes, and papers.
- Build up working relationships, with both internal and external parties.
- Assist with internal team and office events, as well as off-sites on occasions.
- Support your team/office with communications and administration.
- Ad hoc back-up reception support (as required).

This role is based on site at London King’s Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund’s global portfolio.
What you’ll need
Culture is key at AustralianSuper, and we are looking for someone who is a team player that enjoys working in a high-performing collaborative team.
You will need to be a dynamic individual with financial services or similar experience, who really enjoys engaging with a range of stakeholders and thrives on being part of a hands-on team.
- Experience working in asset management/financial services firms or equivalent.
- Significant experience working within medium-large team, managing multiple senior schedules.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of products.
- Proactive and forward-planning mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High-level organization skillset for coordinating teams, tasks, and planning.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently but also be part of a highly collaborative office.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
