Team Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious early-career professional to join a leading global hedge fund as a Team Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of administrative or coordination experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
As a key member of the team, you'll utilise your excellent organisational, scheduling and communication skills to support senior stakeholders and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations. Responsibilities
- Manage virtual assessment processes, including meeting setup, assessment administration and candidate support.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to organise logistics, manage availability and coordinate team catch-ups.
- Support a range of people initiatives alongside the HR team.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple regions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while balancing stakeholder availability and differing time zones.
