Isomorphic Labs is applying frontier AI to help unlock deeper scientific insights, faster breakthroughs, and life-changing medicines with an ambition to solve all disease.

The future is coming. A future enabled and enriched by the incredible power of machine learning. A future in which diseases are curtailed or cured starting with better and faster drug discovery.

Come and be part of an interdisciplinary team driving groundbreaking innovation and play a meaningful role in contributing towards us achieving our ambitious goals, while being a part of an inspiring and collaborative culture.

The world we want tomorrow is the one we’re building today. It starts with the culture at this company. It starts with you.

About Iso

Isomorphic Labs (IsoLabs) was launched in 2021 to advance human health by building on and beyond the Nobel-winning AlphaFold system. Since then, our interdisciplinary team of drug discovery experts and machine learning specialists has built powerful new predictive and generative AI models that accelerate scientific discovery at digital speed.

Our name comes from the belief that there is an underlying symmetry between biology and information science. By harnessing AI’s powerful capabilities, we can use it to model complex biological phenomena to help design novel molecules, anticipate how drugs will perform and develop innovative medicines to treat and cure some of the world’s most devastating diseases.

We have built a world-leading drug design engine comprising AI models that are capable of working across multiple therapeutic areas and drug modalities. We are continually innovating on model architecture and developing cutting-edge capabilities to advance rational drug design.

Every day, and with each new breakthrough, we’re getting closer to the promise of digital biology, and achieving our ambitious mission to one day solve all disease with the help of AI.

Your impact

We are looking for an energetic, highly reliable and proactive Team Coordinator to join the President Team. Reporting directly to the President’s Executive Assistant, you will be the essential "boots on the ground" force ensuring the day-to-day physical operations, guest experiences and events of the executive suite run flawlessly.

This is an execution-focused, highly collaborative role for a true "do-er" who thrives on detail, mucks in wherever needed and takes pride in being a warm, professional extension of Isomorphic Labs’ President Team.

What you will do

Executive Support & Meeting Readiness

  • Own the end-to-end physical preparation for executive meetings, including printing and binding high-stakes materials, ensuring tech is connected, and preparing meeting spaces to immaculate standards to ensure pristine room and tech readiness.
  • Own the physical logistics, environmental readiness and material distribution for all of the President’s internal speaking engagements and events, including company-wide forums, fireside chats and leadership presentations.
  • Act as the face of the President’s team by greeting high-profile external guests, facilitating their arrival experience, and providing flawless hospitality (making coffees, teas, and setting up refreshments) with a high-touch, warm presentation.
  • Take charge of local, practical details around the office and event venues—knowing the best pickup/drop-off points, tracking traffic or courier delays, and handling the local neighborhood logistics so everything runs without friction.
  • Handle real-time adjustments on the President's travel days, coordinating directly with drivers or transport providers to ensure arrivals, departures, and transitions are perfectly timed and seamless.
  • Run day-to-day administrative errands, including picking up executive lunches, organising couriers, and handling urgent operational requests while remaining highly proactive, responsive, and dynamic to real-time on-the-ground changes and issues that arise.
  • Establish great working relationships and closely liaise with internal stakeholders, alongside external workplace teams, to ensure seamless suite operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Team Operations & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate and deliver the end-to-end operational and space logistics for key leadership meetings, internal team milestones, and stakeholder events.
  • Help bring team culture to life by driving the sourcing, logistics, and delivery of internal recognition projects and milestone keepsakes.
  • Support the external operations of the President's Office by handling the physical distribution, courier logistics, and preparation of outward-facing materials with high attention to detail.

Event & Offsite Support

  • Travel to select offsites and external leadership events to oversee physical space setup and ensure room layouts match the agenda's requirements while providing proactive, on-the-ground reactive logistics support to dynamically handle real-time shifts.
  • Act as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for external coaches and facilitators, ensuring they have all physical materials, tech, and space requirements fully sorted.

Skills and qualifications

Essential:

  • You possess a high bias for action. No task is too small, and you genuinely enjoy "mucking in" to solve problems before others even notice them, showing deep responsiveness to the unexpected.
  • You understand that small things matter—whether it's the alignment of a printed document, the creative presentation of a gift, or the temperature of a meeting room.
  • You will be operating around sensitive information and high-profile guests; you bring a calm, polished, warm, approachable, and strictly confidential presence to the workplace.
  • You can switch gears instantly when schedules shift and maintain an upbeat, solution-oriented attitude under pressure.
  • You can track multiple moving parts—from vendor deliveries for custom gifts to organizing presentation materials for global events and offsites—while actively liaising with external workplace stakeholders.

This is why we follow a hybrid model, and would require you to be able to come into the office 3 days a week (currently Tuesday, Wednesday, and one other day depending on which team you’re in). If you have additional needs that would prevent you from following this hybrid approach, we’d be happy to talk through these if you’re selected for an initial screening call.
