Team Coordinator/PA to Founding Directors (Engineering & Architecture)

12-Month FTC, Full-Time, Hybrid

An award-winning, lively engineering practice based in central London are looking for an experienced Team Coordinator & Personal Assistant to the Founding Directors. This is an opportunity for an experienced and personable administrative professional to contribute to the smooth running of a leading practice who work closely with high-profile architects and developers.

They are committed to investing in people and fostering a collaborative, supportive culture. They offer a myriad of excellent benefits, including 37 days’ annual leave, frequent chef-prepared meals, and many social activities, as well as 1 day WFH per week.

with Team Coordinator duties such as:

  • Supporting the production of bid documents
  • Supporting staff reviews
  • Undertaking detailed project research
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Coordinating team activities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position within the engineering, architecture, or built environment sectors
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign are essential.
