Meraki Talent is working with a dynamic, corporate, and fast-paced financial services firm based in the heart of the City. Seeking a highly organised and proactive Team EA to join the team due to a period of growth.
You will be supporting multiple Managing Directors as well as the wider team. This is a pivotal role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering seamless administrative support at a senior level.

Team EA duties:
- Extensive and complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
- Managing expenses (Concur) and ensuring timely and accurate submission
- Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports to a high standard
- Organising and scheduling meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting wider team administration and ad hoc projects as required
- Responsible for processing invoices on behalf of the team

Person Specification:
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders (ideally MD level) within financial services is essential
- Extensive travel organisation experience – globally/weekly basis
- Must have supported large teams
- Very familiar with Concur
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
- Confident managing heavy workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Skills
