What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Heavy diary management, coordinating meetings and travel
- Liaising with overseas offices
- Creating reports, presentations and correspondence
- Liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels
- Organising lunches, dinners and conference calls
- Working alongside other EAs offering support to each other
