Team Executive Assistant West End, London | Circa £45,000–£50,000 | Temp-to-Perm | 4 Days in the Office | Hours 7.30am - 5pm
Are you an ambitious Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or graduate looking to build a long-term career supporting senior leaders within a world-class investment firm?
We're partnering with a highly regarded global investment business to recruit a bright, proactive and organised Team Executive Assistant to join its London office. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn from an experienced Executive Assistant team while supporting a group of senior leaders, including the Head of Technology, Chief Operating Officer and HR Director.
Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll also provide support and holiday cover, offering exposure to senior leadership from the outset. If you're looking for an environment where you'll be challenged, supported and given genuine opportunities to develop, this could be the perfect next step.
Initially joining on a temp-to-perm basis, this role offers the opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities before becoming a permanent member of the team.

The Role
- Providing day-to-day Executive Assistant support to senior leaders across the business.
- Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and ensuring priorities are effectively organised.
- Arranging domestic and international travel, preparing itineraries and managing logistics.
- Supporting the Executive Assistant to the CEO with holiday cover and additional projects.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing meeting packs, presentations and general correspondence.
- Processing expenses and assisting with wider administrative support.
- Working closely with the wider Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless support across the business.
- Taking ownership of ad hoc projects and contributing to the smooth running of a busy office.
About You
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant, or a bright graduate looking to build a career in Executive Support.
- Naturally organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
- Professional, discreet and committed to delivering a first-class service.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
