Want to help save the world coordinating our growing, well-functioning and happy team? We're passionate about promoting and supporting assemblies to show how things can be done better in politics!

What difference will you make?

We are seeking someone to take on the role of Team Guide / Project Manager to coordinate the UK Assemblies group. Your input will help the team be effective and support its growth.

More widely, you'll be contributing to help bring positive change for the grassroots on climate change and ecological justice.

What are we looking for?

You will need a minimum of 3 years experience in either team coordination / management and / or project management.

What will you be doing?

The Team Guide / Project Manager (known as an Internal Coordinator in XR) ensures:

  • The team is healthy and achieves its mandate
  • Stewards the team’s immediate and longer-term priorities, and aligns its work with the broader circle’s plan
  • Proposes roles and projects the team needs to fulfil its purpose and accountabilities
  • Supports the work of role-holders and sub-circles, and reviews their work at regular intervals
  • Fills team roles without extended delay, or proposes they are dissolved if no longer needed
  • Invites people with relevant skills and abilities to join the team as required
  • Maintains an awareness of the policies of the team and its broader circles
  • Maintains an awareness of what is happening in the wider organism, and communicates regularly with the team's Connector [External Coordinator in XR]
