YOUR MISSION

· Drive sales revenue, margin, and profitability for designated Key Account(s) partners, executing a long-term financial plan and achieving annual sales and profitability targets. · Guide the team in analysing sell-through, retail insights, and market dynamics, and ensure insights are translated into strategic assortment direction, replenishment strategy, and in-season tactical actions. · Provide input and direction for optimising inventory health, margin contribution, and overall account profitability. · Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure seasonal brand and commercial initiatives are aligned with regional goals/global and successfully adapted to local market requirements. · Oversee the execution of all seasonal GTM milestones, ensuring consistency, readiness, and high-quality output across line reviews, assortments, sell-in presentations, and distribution planning. · Validate and steer Cluster Account Sales Plans, supporting and guiding the team in building seasonal assortments and GTM plans based on target consumer needs, while ensuring account/door assortment plans reflect distribution rules, brand positioning, and long-term market strategy. · Drive continuous improvement of the GTM process by simplifying ways of working and improving cross-functional collaboration. · Consolidate and provide senior management with insights in market shifts, consumer trends, competitive movements, and distribution changes, ensuring the business remains proactive rather than reactive. · Ensure the team consistently utilises data for decision-making and account planning. · Ensure strong collaboration with Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations, inventory optimisation, and operational efficiency. · Deliver timely input for forecast accuracy, demand planning discipline, pricing governance, and distribution compliance; ensure team adherence to regional guardrails and internal controls. · Enable process improvements that reduce operational friction and increase speed and accuracy across the value chain. · Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Key Accounts team, ensuring clarity of purpose, strong execution, and long-term succession planning. · Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the broader organisation. · Promote an inclusive, motivating team environment through engagement, open communication, recognition, and initiatives that support well-being and talent retention. · Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, career development planning, and transitions. · Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, occupational health & safety, and all company policies. · Role model leadership behaviours that reinforce company values, create a positive impact and build a lasting legacy at PUMA UKI.

YOUR TALENT

Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership roles, and at least 5 years in key account management Strong understanding of P&L, revenue growth drivers, margin management, and budget ownership. Experience managing complex strategic partners, multidoor key accounts or eCommerce business platforms. Deep experience in seasonal GoToMarket (GTM) processes, assortments, distribution, and selling cycles. Ability to optimise sellthrough, inseason performance, and inventory health using data. Knowledge of digital commerce metrics, online assortment strategy, content quality, and conversion drivers. Familiarity of omnichannel retail environments and modern consumer buying journeys with advanced knowledge of competitor brands and current fashion trends Understanding of UK / EU / US Sports market Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies in a simple, compelling way to key stakeholders including GM’s BU heads and CEO’s Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally. Hands-on problem-solving capability across a range of business functions. Agile, resilient, and comfortable leading through ambiguity. Collaborative, inclusive, and culturally aware, with a passion for sport and retail excellence
