Are you an experienced Team Leader or Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity within a professional services environment?
We’re working with a highly-ranked commercial law firm to appoint an experienced Team Manager to lead and develop a team of administration support professionals.
The role
You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional support service, while creating a positive and high-performing team environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, supporting and developing a high-performing team
- Building strong relationships with fee earners and key stakeholders
- Driving excellent administrative support and service delivery
- Coaching and developing team members
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Supporting wider business change initiatives

What we’re looking for
- Previous experience within legal or professional services
- Experience as a Team Leader or Line Manager
- A supportive, fair and people-focused leadership style
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Hybrid working
