We are looking for an engaging and inspiring Team Lead to join our growing team in UK. In this role, you will head up our efforts within the Asset Owner segment, guiding a talented team while driving growth in a strategically important market. You’ll become part of a close-knit group of professionals with deep expertise in the ConTech industry, where collaboration, innovation, and shared ambition are at the heart of our success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team – Coach, support, and inspire a skilled sales team with an inclusive leadership approach.
  • Drive the sales process – Ensure success from first contact to closing, always focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Strengthen customer relationships – Understand client needs and build long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate and secure business – Lead negotiations and design strategies that contribute to sustainable growth.
  • Build market presence – Represent Dalux at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

About You

We are seeking a people-first colleague with experience in managing teams and a strong sales background, ideally within SaaS and the construction industry. You combine commercial drive with a genuine passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture. You are confident in both written and spoken communication and bring the professionalism and credibility needed to engage with asset owners and senior stakeholders.
