The Role

As Team Lead, Field Marketing - DACH, you will lead the execution of integrated marketing programs across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, driving pipeline and revenue through events, digital, content, and partnerships.

You’ll act as the key marketing partner to DACH Sales, owning the local channel mix and performance, while collaborating with European leadership on strategy and investment.

This role suits a hands-on B2B marketer who can execute end-to-end programs, localise global campaigns, and deliver measurable impact.

  • Execute integrated campaigns
  • Localise and deliver global and regional campaigns for DACH
  • Own the channel mix across events, webinars, digital, content, and partners
  • Drive pipeline performance
  • Deliver against MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets
  • Track performance and optimise using data and insights
  • Lead events and experiences
    • Execute Tier 1 events (e.g. Cvent Accelerate) and local programmes
    • Manage webinars, demos, and networking events aligned to revenue goals
  • Own digital and content in German
    • Manage and optimise the DE website
    • Create and localise high-performing German-language content
  • Build partner marketing
    • Develop media and partner relationships to expand reach and demand
    • Execute co-marketing campaigns and track performance
  • Partner with Sales and CS
    • Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for DACH Sales, SDRs, and CS
    • Support account-based initiatives and lead follow-up
  • Embed insight, data, and AI
    • Use customer stories and data to strengthen campaigns
    • Integrate AI tools into content, optimisation, and execution

Experience

  • Demonstrable background in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS/tech)
  • Proven success driving MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline
  • Market & language
    • Native-level German and strong English
    • Experience localising campaigns and managing German-language content
  • Skills
    • Strong digital and content marketing capabilities
    • Data-driven mindset with understanding of funnel metrics
  • Collaboration
    • Experience working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and programs end-to-end
  • Mindset
    • Proactive, organised, and execution-focused
    • Comfortable with AI tools and continuous experimentation

Location

Based in Germany (or London)

Willing to travel across the DACH region for events and partner activities
