Leading a team of three colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention and a strong focus on new business development.

We are looking for someone with a very strong technical insurance background within the North American construction market, together with experience in team/people management.
The Role
- Manage client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored risk management solutions.
- Identify and maintain active relationships with key decision makers and budget holders within client organisations.
- Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise, drawing on specialist teams as required.
- Develop and implement effective solutions, pricing, and placement strategies for both new and existing clients.
- Lead team to ensure consistent client service.
- Drive business development by maintaining a pipeline of prospects, responding to RFPs, and conducting new business presentations.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with colleagues across the business to maximise account penetration.
- Oversee placement management including revenue optimisation, compliance, accurate data processing, and policy checking.
- Deliver end-to-end client service, ensuring adherence to operational standards, regulatory requirements, and profitability targets.
- Monitor and manage KPIs/SLAs, provide feedback on process improvements, and actively support the implementation of corrective actions.
