Team Lead– Womenswear
Luxury Department Store
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + excellent bonus & commission
My client is looking for a talented and driven Team Lead for the Ready-to-Wear (RTW) team in a prestigious brand in luxury department store. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a key department and make a real impact on both the team and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily operations of the Accessories and RTW departments, ensuring efficiency and maintaining the highest luxury standards.
- Manage stock, merchandising, and visual presentation to reflect the brand’s premium positioning.
- Coach team members on product knowledge, clienteling, and advanced selling techniques.
- Drive business growth through strong team management, client engagement, and operational excellence.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, preferably in Accessories or RTW.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness and a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Passion for luxury fashion and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
