We are united by a shared passion and no-limits mindset, and our strength lies in our ability to collaborate as a powerful international team comprised of 24,000 employees spanning over 56 countries.

Role Purpose

Howden Central is a specialist telemarketing team supporting branches by creating opportunities, generating quality introductions and driving growth through proactive client engagement.

We are looking for a Telemarketing Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership, support and operational oversight while continuing to contribute personally to telemarketing activity.

Reporting to the Divisional Director, the role will act as the first point of contact for the team, providing coaching, guidance, performance support and clear communication across a largely remote workforce.

  • Act as the day-to-day leader and first point of contact for the Howden Central Telemarketing team.
  • Hold regular one-to-ones, supporting performance, development and agreed actions.
  • Coach, motivate and support colleagues to improve skills, behaviours and results.
  • Create an inclusive, engaged and collaborative culture across a remote team.

Performance Management

  • Monitor individual and team performance against agreed activity and outcome measures.
  • Use reporting to identify trends, recognise strong performance and address underperformance constructively.
  • Escalate significant performance or conduct concerns to the Divisional Director where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
