Portico are searching for a Team Leader to join our front-of-house operation at the offices of a global investment company in the city.
The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of front-of-house services whilst creating an environment where team members feel supported, empowered and engaged. Through your leadership, you will inspire a culture of excellence, encourage innovation and ensure every interaction reflects Portico's commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As Team Leader, you will play a key role in bringing Portico's service vision to life through visible leadership, coaching and support of the Welcome Host team. From the friendly welcome to the fond farewell, and everything in between. Our team takes care of the entire visitor experience at this exciting location! They are ultimately the go-to people in the office, covering a wide range of tasks. This varied Team Leader role will encourage you to create an exceptional welcome for both members of staff and the visitors entering the building.

To exceed expectations, you will need to work closely with all other service providers, ensuring a seamless experience is provided to all staff using the environment. A customer-focused Team Leader skilled in leading and motivating teams, building effective stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional client experiences in fast-paced workplace settings.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-19:00 pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £38,000
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Team Leader with a strong background in corporate reception. A friendly person with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients. They will have strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks.

- Highly organised with excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experienced in managing customer enquiries, supporting VIP visits and events, overseeing visitor management processes, and maintaining high service standards while ensuring operational excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, visitor management systems, and switchboard operations.
