Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in North Shields. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations of a real estate research and consulting team, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of client projects. Responsibilities include:

The role involves:
- Mentoring team members
- Conducting performance reviews
- Supporting training to strengthen analytical and client service capabilities
The Team Leader will also:
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies
- Improve processes
- Uphold client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills: Including team coordination, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Solid analytical and research skills: With the ability to interpret market data, financial information, and portfolio metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: For managing client relationships and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in real estate, investment analysis, or consulting: Preferably with exposure to portfolio management or transaction support.
- Good organizational and time management skills: With attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools: Familiarity with real estate or financial software is an advantage.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in real estate or investments are beneficial.
- Location and work environment: Ability to work on-site in North Shields and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
