Role Description

We are currently looking for a passionate Team Leader, to join our Banqueting Operations Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Team Leader, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To run the banqueting rooms when a function takes place and ensure that the expected service has been achieved during the whole event as per the event Banqueting Event Operations and our standards.
  • To ensure that his/her line manager is advised of customer complaints at all times, to deal with or ensure that complaints from customers are dealt with immediately.
  • To liaise with all other departments in the Hotel when needed to ensure everything related to Banqueting is respected, followed and done on time as per the Banqueting Event Operations and our standards.
  • To lead and manage the team members during the organisation and running of functions and ensure feedback is given in order to make them grow and empower them.

Working Hours

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
