Company Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Full Time Hotel Team Leader to support the day-to-day operation of the hotel, bar, and restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and effective team leadership.

In the absence of the General Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall running of the hotel, overseeing all departments to maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the hotel, bar, and restaurant.
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members across all departments.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve any customer queries or complaints professionally.
  • Manage staff rotas, breaks, and daily task allocation.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and reception teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as Duty Manager and take responsibility for the hotel in the General Manager's absence.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience within hospitality.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Passionate about hospitality and developing team performance.
