The Opportunity
We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at The James Tassie. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

At most of our pubs, you’ll find proper pub grub – with big, juicy burgers and classic fish and chips being firm favourites. And when it comes to pouring a cracking pint, we’ve got it nailed. We serve up real value, a great atmosphere, and a pub experience that’s worth every penny.
The James Tassie is a fun, lively venue situated in the heart of the Shawlands buzz. We offer a wide range of good pub food and plenty of great drink deals. At the weekend, we provide great entertainment along with our big screens throughout the pub so our guests can enjoy their favourite sporting events every day of the week. We offer packages for all sorts of occasions and have the best team to deliver great experiences. We also have a large outdoor seating area where visitors can soak up the sun in the warmer days.
