Job Description
The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation, and accountability.
Salary: 27,572.50 EUR
Are you a passionate leader with a knack for motivating others? At Concentrix, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to oversee our call center associates and ensure that we not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.
Your Role:
As a Sales Team Leader, you will:
- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee daily activities of call center associates, including work and attendance monitoring.
- Coach for Success: Regularly provide feedback and coaching to your team to meet performance metrics and drive improvement.
- Problem Solver: Identify performance issues and develop action plans, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain service delivery that meets our contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
- Communicate Effectively: Share clear expectations with your team and keep them informed with timely updates.
- Lead by Example: Handle escalated customer calls with expertise and lead team meetings to foster open communication.
- Team Advocate: Promote Concentrix values by supporting and encouraging your team members.
