Team Leader - Thornaby - £15.19 per hour - 37.5 hours
Typical Shifts:
- 5 days per week - Monday to Sunday
- 2 days off rota - 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
- 3 days on rota - 7:30am - 3:00pm & 2:30pm - 10:00pm
On-Call:
- 10:00pm - 8:00am, which is shared between the Senior Management Team on a rota basis.

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Team Leader to join us in leading our brand new neurological behaviour service in Thornaby - Riverway Lodge. This service will be a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

As a Team Leader with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be:
- Allocating shifts
- Booking in training
- Inducting new colleagues
- Conducting supervision’s and appraisals
- Developing and updating care plans
- Ordering medication
- Ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances
- Day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager
You’ll never lose sight of why you chose to do this, as our Team Leaders are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Team Leader having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Team Leader should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Experience supporting individuals with neurological conditions or brain injuries would be a benefit, however this is not essential.
