Team Leader

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Team Leader to help drive our factory operations and lead from the front. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Line Leader or Supervisor who is ready to progress into a broader leadership role.

Working Hours

06:45am to 6:30pm on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern

What You'll Be Doing

As our Team Leader, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will:

  • Lead and organise production teams to achieve daily targets
  • Provide cover for the Supervisor and oversee factory operations when required
  • Manage customer orders, production records, labels, and stock control
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
  • Support, train, and motivate team members to perform at their best
  • Monitor staff performance, timesheets, and production efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding orders and production requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous supervisory or line leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
  • A hands-on approach and the confidence to lead by example
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
  • The ability to motivate and develop others
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good computer skills and experience maintaining production records
