Are you ready to lead a dedicated team in Adult Social Care? As a Team Leader, you will supervise care and domiciliary staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will cover duty shifts, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the people we support. If you have at least two years of experience in social care, this is your chance to shine!
In This Role, You Will
- Lead and supervise a team of care workers, providing guidance and support.
- Cover duty shifts, ensuring smooth operations during the day, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Address service delivery issues promptly, offering direction and instruction to staff.
- Manage care and support planning, including risk assessments and Mental Capacity Act assessments.
- Administer medication and perform delegated health procedures with training provided.
- Conduct audits as part of our quality assurance framework, contributing to service improvements.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a social care setting.
- Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- A willingness to undertake and complete a Diploma Level 3 in Care and the Care Certificate.
- Knowledge of relevant service policies and procedures.
