  • 1 Full-Time role
  • 1 Part-Time role - shift pattern: 5.45AM - 11.45AM (85.71% FTE, 30 hours per week)

Are you passionate about keeping a clean and hygienic environment? Do you want to create a safe and healthy campus for our staff, students, and visitors? Do you have excellent customer service skills?

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join us as Operations Team Leader in cleaning services. Responsible for a team of cleaning staff in a designated area across the main campus. Your main focus will be to provide an efficient and effective cleaning service, to the highest of standards, ensuring a positive and enjoyable campus experience for all of our students, staff, and visitors.

You will have significant experience of supervising staff and delivering a high standard of customer service. A flexible approach is important as you may be required to work on weekends, bank holidays, University closed days, and cover University open days. You will also be part of a large and diverse Facilities Directorate team who are both extremely supportive and fully engaged with providing the best possible service.
