🌍 We’re Hiring! 🌍 Warehouse Team Leader – Full Time – Rotating Shifts (06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00)
📍 London Gateway, Essex
Are you organised, detail focused and great at multitasking? Do you enjoy working within a fast-paced warehouse team?
We are looking for an individual who will help drive operational excellence within our large warehouse facility in the London Gateway Logistics Port. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, global logistics business where you’ll be a part of a company that is all about teamwork, innovation and helping our employees succeed.
🚛 What You’ll Do:
- Lead & motivate a team of around 7 warehouse operatives to hit targets with both accuracy and speed.
- Oversee all warehouse activities, from receiving & storage to picking, packing & dispatch.
- Keep inventory flawless with WMS & deliver regular performance reports.
- Champion health & safety and compliance to keep the workplace secure.
- Spot opportunities, solve problems, and make processes smoother & smarter.
- Drive team training, briefings, and performance reviews to boost skills & morale.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- A warehouse professional with at least 1-2 years’ experience in either a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leader with excellent communication & team motivation skills.
- WMS knowledge with forklift certification and safe equipment operation.
- Detail orientated multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Flexible, resilient, and safety first with the ability to work rotating shifts & possibly overtime.
- A problem solver and proactive doer with a can do attitude.
