Role Description

This role will guide and support team members, provide on-the-job coaching, and help create a positive, inclusive work environment that reflects the company’s family values. The Team Leader will:
- Monitor service levels
- Resolve guest concerns
- Contribute to achieving sales and performance targets
Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stock control, adherence to brand standards, and supporting training for new team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles in hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent customer service mindset, with confident communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of basic restaurant operations, including food safety, hygiene, and cash handling.
- Organizational skills to manage shifts, priorities, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Previous experience with branded restaurant chains or quick-service restaurants is beneficial but not essential.
