Package: £28,000 per annum + 15% Bonus (OTE £32,200)
Benefits: Choice of Company Car or Company Van | Fuel Card | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced Field Sales Executive or BDE ready to take the next step into sales leadership, while still managing a territory of your own?

You’ll manage and grow your own convenience territory across the Newcastle area, while also supporting, coaching and developing 4 Business Development Executives across the North East and Scotland, with travel up to Perth when required.

Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you’ll lead by example in the field – sharing best practice, conducting joint visits and helping the wider team deliver consistently strong results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Team Coaching & Leadership

  • Field Mentorship: Conduct live field audits, joint store visits, and 1:1 coaching to upskill 4 BDEs across your region.
  • Onboarding & Training: Support new starters through their onboarding journey, setting them up for long-term success.
  • Driving Excellence: Act as a role model, sharing best practices, driving consistent execution standards, and motivating the team to hit commercial targets.
  • RSM Support: Act as the operational bridge between the field force and the Regional Sales Manager, helping overcome territory challenges and cascading key updates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
