Team Leader - Supported Living

Location: Leicester - Overseeing a cluster of Supported Living services

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £14.95 per hour

Full UK driving licence required - this is a field-based role covering multiple services

Are you an experienced social care leader who leads from the front hands-on with your teams, uncompromising on care quality, and confident driving compliance standards up, not just monitoring them?

At IBC Healthcare, our Team Leaders/ Field Care Supervisors are the driving force behind safe, well-run, person-centred Supported Living services. This isn't a desk-based management role: you'll be visible and present across your cluster of services, coaching staff on shift, checking standards for yourself, and making sure every person we support gets consistently excellent care.

About The Role

As Team Leader, you'll take day-to-day leadership of a cluster of Supported Living services across Leicester, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You'll work closely with Registered Managers, professionals and families to build stable, trusted services, but the emphasis is on being hands-on: out in your services regularly, managing people directly, and owning quality and compliance rather than delegating it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
