Production Team Leader
Location: Central Aberdeen
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Production Team Leader to support the smooth running of our production operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support your team and help ensure daily production plans are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, health & safety and efficiency.
It could be an ideal opportunity for an existing Team Leader or an experienced production operative who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned production areas and support delivery of daily production plans
- Allocate staff and support General Operatives throughout the shift
- Ensure machinery is correctly set up and materials are available
- Monitor product quality and complete required quality checks
- Maintain high standards of GMP, hygiene and health & safety
- Support stock control using the Access system
- Coach, support and develop members of your team
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Managers and other departments
- Help create a positive and productive working environment
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised, approachable and comfortable taking responsibility
- A good communicator with a hands-on, team-focused approach
- Able to motivate and support others
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment
- Committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Keen to develop their leadership skills and progress their career
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be beneficial. You don't necessarily need to already be an experienced Team Leader. If you have strong production experience, demonstrate leadership potential and are ready to take the next step, we would like to hear from you.
