Team Leader
Location: Wellesbourne
Hours: 06:00-15:30, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13.81 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Team Leader to join a busy team based in Wellesbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous team-leading experience who is looking for stable, long-term work in a friendly and supportive environment.
You will play an important role in helping the team work efficiently, supporting colleagues and ensuring daily tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and leading a team on a daily basis
- Allocating tasks and helping to organise workloads
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the required standard
- Supporting and motivating team members
- Helping resolve day-to-day issues
- Maintaining a safe and positive working environment
- Working alongside management to achieve daily targets
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Experienced in a Team Leader or supervisory role
- Confident supporting and motivating a team
- Organised and able to manage workloads
- A good communicator
- Able to work well under pressure
- Looking for stable, ongoing employment
