£35,400 - £42,664 + allowances | OTE £43,180 - £50,444
Are you an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker ready for the next step, or an established Team Leader looking for a new challenge?
We're recruiting for a Team Leader to join a specialist Children's Residential Home supporting young people with SEMH needs. You'll lead shifts, support and develop staff, promote safeguarding and positive outcomes, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

You must have:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Experience in children's residential care
- Full UK Driving Licence
