Copper Team Leader
We are looking for a confident and driven Copper Team Leader to join our Campsie site. We are seeking someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and deliver results in a fast-paced operational environment.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the Copper team, managing daily operations, and ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily leadership and direction to the Copper team, ensuring alignment with site and company objectives.
- Drive team performance and maintain standards consistent with company expectations for all employees and contractors.
- Manage resources, schedules and manpower to achieve operational and production requirements.
- Support first-line management duties, including coaching, training and performance assessments.
- Utilise Oracle effectively to support the day-to-day management and coordination of operations.
- Foster a positive, motivated team culture focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and promote best practice across the site.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Highly proficient in Oracle.
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or similar operational environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience in people management, including training, performance assessment and maximising team output.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety within an operational environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
